Rhythmic gymnastics is a sport exclusive to girls that apply superior flexibility elements, perform on a floor with an apparatus: hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon, or rope. The sport combines elements of gymnastics, dance, and calisthenics.
Coaches work with gymnasts on their overall development on co-ordination, flexibility, strength, balance, musicality, and basic techniques that allow them to experiment and work with different rhythmic gymnastics apparatuses.
We Have Different Types of Classes
Recreational classes are an introduction to rhythmic gymnastics. They work alongside their coaches on a non-competitive team to develop physical literacy. They learn and progress skills in flexibility, coordination, rhythm, and apparatus handling.
We will focus on specialized training for gymnasts who want to advance their skills even further in the advanced classes. It will have the opportunity to compete at the national or international level.
One coach will assist a maximum of 6 students.
